By submitting your email to the NARWALL waitlist or using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Waitlist

The waitlist is a free, opt-in notification list. Submitting your email does not create a customer relationship, contract, or guarantee of future service. We may de-duplicate, cap, or pause the waitlist at our discretion.

3. No legal advice

NARWALL helps prepare documented evidence of accessibility due diligence. It does not provide legal advice and does not replace required manual audits under AODA, ACA, EN 301 549, or any other standard.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit fraudulent emails, scrape the site, or attempt to disrupt service. We may rate-limit or block abusive traffic without notice.

5. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and the NARWALL name are property of Logiciel NARWALL inc. You may link to or quote the site with attribution.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Disputes will be handled in Quebec courts unless otherwise required by consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
